 Fun, drama free house looking for a few members. Our house opens April 30 thru Sept 28. We are a group of professionals (early 30s-mid 40s). We have weekly cleaning service,wireless internet, cable, washer, dryer, deck, grill, parking is included, guaranteed bed for members, KEG ON TAP each week (included in membership). We also have the house for Starboard opening, closing and NYE. ***Please note: We do not allow members to live at the house FT for the summer

Availability: May 21 - Sept 13 (possibly Starboard Opening and Closing weekends) House is open midweeks to members. Guest fees apply to guests. Includes: Cleaning, beer, wireless internet.  All inclusive beach house, guaranteed bed, weekly cleaning service, on tap 247 with kegerator, beer pong, parking for at least 13 cars, 4 full baths, AC, cable TV, DW and WD. The house is huge, 2 story, 7 bedroom, deck on each level, 2 out side showers, outdoor grille, large living room and fully equipped kitchen. Established group of 30-somethings. Low membership means full shares get guaranteed bed. Guests encouraged. Full shares include Starboard Opening, Closing and NYE 2011.
