Second floor has 3 bedrooms a full bathroom and outdoor deck. One room has 1 queen w2 twin 2nd room has 1 fullsize bed and 3d room has 2 twins. 1 car off street parking.

Policies:
Available saturday to saturday from memorial day to labor day weekends after september. Maximum occupancy sleeps 10 check in is after 2pm check out is 10am. No smoking no pets you must be 25 yrs. old or older to rent this unit. Parking for 1 car others require on-street town parking permit. A refundable security deposit is required. There is a 3% town rental accomadation tax required.
