affiliates and subsidiaries from and against any and all claims,
proceedings, damages, injuries, liabilities, losses, costs and
expenses (including, but not limited to, legal costs and expenses
and attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to any breach by you
of the foregoing representations, warranties and covenants. You
shall cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of
any claim.

Advertisements / Beach house listings

If you are submitting an advertisement or listing for a beach house,
you are required to provide certain information and to warrant that
this information is complete and accurate. The PC Edge, Inc. reserves
the right to edit or reject any listing as it sees fit. You acknowledge
that The PC Edge, Inc. will make the ad or listing information that
you provide available to the public via the Deweybeach.com web site.
You acknowledge that willfully providing inaccurate information will
constitute a material breach of this Agreement. All beach house listings
are charged a fixed non-refundable rate based on a seasonal basis.
You may request to have a listing taken down at any time, however you
will not be able to receive a refund or pro-rated discount. If you
choose to submit photos of your beach house, they must be submitted
via e-mail in digital form.  The PC Edge, Inc. reserves the right to
change the format or design of its site, including beach house member
and rental listings at any time.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be construed, interpreted and governed by the
laws of the state of Maryland without regard to conflicts of law
provisions thereof. If any part of this Agreement is found invalid
or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder
of this Agreement shall be interpreted so as to reasonably effect
the intention of the parties.

Termination

The PC Edge, Inc. may terminate this Agreement and your license
to use its web site and services at any time and for any reason.

Links to Third Party Sites

Various links on Our Service will take you out of Our Service. These
linked sites are not necessarily under our control. We are not
responsible for the contents of any linked page or any other page
not under our control. We provide these links only as a convenience;
the inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement of that linked

Waiver

No Waiver by either The PC Edge, Inc. or you of any breach or
default under this Agreement shall be deemed to be a waiver of any
preceding or subsequent breach or default hereunder.
